Your application is integrated with Stripe to accept all types of online payments and allow your customers to register their credit card to facilitate their next purchase. If you don't have your own fleet of couriers, our partner Stuart's couriers can manage your deliveries anywhere at a fixed rate, in a completely automated way.

Every customer who orders on your application joins your customer database. You will then be able to offer them loyalty services, send them your promotions or a coupon code to encourage them to order from you again.

What type of commands does the application handle?

AllEatOne allows you to provide your customers with all the digital services on the market. In this context, the AllEatOne online order includes : – On-site pick-up, otherwise known as Click & Collect – Home delivery – Table delivery using a QR code or table number.

Who delivers my clients to their homes?

There are two possibilities to make the delivery. You can use your teams, the application allows you to define the areas you want to cover and the associated delivery rate. You can also use our partner Stuart, a delivery specialist. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service if you wish to discuss this: [email protected].

Is a printer required to manage Click&Collect commands?

The AllEatOne printer is not mandatory but strongly recommended to alert you of requests and to manage the order flow. Several types of tickets are edited according to your needs in order to optimize the preparation and withdrawal of your customers’ orders.

Can the customer order the day before or if my printer is switched off?

The AllEatOne tool allows you to manage pre-orders. Indeed, your customers can reserve your products without calendar limit. As soon as the printer is switched on, all non-printed orders will be automatically edited!

What fees are charged by the application?

AllEatOne receives a 5% commission on online transactions only within the framework of the FREE formula, without monthly subscription. This is a great way to get started and test the service. Then, when you make a large number of orders, you will be able to select the monthly subscription formula that suits you, without commissions. Note that in all cases, just like an Eftpos terminal, the Stripe payment processor charges bank fees for online payment.

How can I get back the money spent by my customers?

When setting up your WebApp All Eat One, you will simply need to create your totally private Stripe bank account. This account will be credited to your customers every time they spend money online. You will have access to a complete cash receipt tracking service and you will be free to define the frequency of transfers to your other bank accounts.
